Omnimorphs and Quadrums NFTs Storm Rankings

Omnimoprhs and Quadrums, two recently-minted NFT collections that sold out in no time, have now taken on secondary markets. In just 24 hours, Omnimorphs recorded $4.44 million in sales volume, while Quadrums is just a little behind with $2.91 million.

Both collections have made it to the top 10 of DappRadar NFT Collections in the past 24 hours, thanks to the considerable volume of secondary market sales. Omnimorphs recorded more than 9,349 transactions, while Quadrums shines with 2,315 sales.

New NFT collections drop daily. However, some attract significant amounts of attention, while others remain in the shadows. So what is special about Omnimorphs and Quadrums?

Omnimorphs

Omnimorphs is a generative NFT collectible project of 10,000 unique, digitally hand-drawn avatars. These NFTs live on the Ethereum blockchain and became publicly available for minting on September 16th. All 10,000 NFTs were minted within hours and are now only available for purchase on secondary marketplaces.

However, the Omnimorphs community did not back down, and continued actively purchasing NFTs, despite possibly missing out on the limited public mint. The initial mint price for an Omnimorphs NFT was 0.08 ETH, excluding gas fees. As all NFTs were minted so fast, activity on secondary marketplaces spiked. This boosted the floor price for one Omnimorph to about 0.2 ETH at the time of writing.

With a Discord community of more than 20,000 members, it is no surprise activity for the collection is so high. Interestingly, the rarity of each NFT is not yet revealed. For the moment, all Omnimorphs NFTs show a pre-reveal image, and none of the collectors holding an NFT from the collection know what their Omnimorph is. According to the Omnimorphs Discord, the reveal should happen later today.

Quadrums

Quadrums NFTs are a rather interesting departure from what has become the norm in recent months. Generative art is definitely booming, battling for the attention of NFT collectors among predominantly avatar-style drops. What differentiates Quadrums is the extremely limited number of NFTs available to mint – only 1024.

Quadrums is a generative grid-based art collection composed of abstract and colorful geometric shapes. The 1,024 unique NFTs are composed of 20 color palettes, 12 shape types, and there is an infinite number of possible outcomes.

Considering the limited amount of possible mints, the public sale event did not last long. Consequently, after minting all available Quandrums, NFT collectors turned to the secondary market.

Interestingly, @muratpak, one of the most renowned NFT artists at the moment, praised Quandrums on Twitter. According to his tweet, Pak had a very similar idea, however, he has now aped into Quandrums as they launched it first.

The fact that Pak recognized the collection and shouted out about it on Twitter might have very well been a significant push for sales activity. Quandrums NFTs have a floor price of 0.78 ETH at the time of writing. However, considering the highly limited number of NFTs, seeing the floor price rising wouldn’t be a surprise.

If you are among the lucky owners of Quandrums or Omnimorphs NFTs, you can enjoy them by logging in to DappRadar Portfolio with your wallet. If you didn’t manage to mint one of these limited NFTs, you could also check out the Buy Now function, which allows you to purchase NFTs directly through DappRadar.
