Apexaverse has launched the first token sale of its native token AVX to early investors. The project intends to raise funds from the sale to “develop key enablers beyond the combat game to offer the best experience for our users, community, and impact project investors.” The token will among other things be the medium of exchange within the metaverse. It will also be used for buying, selling, trading, and modifying in-game assets.
Apexaverse also has a gaming universe that will be built to allow users to create a profile after signing up to the Apexaverse platform using any wallet of their choice. Players can select one character out of the three basic characters, namely Warrior, Archer, or Magician. Any character chosen will be used and linked to the wallet and will determine how the players interact with the Apexaverse, both for gaming and in the marketplace.
Warriors boast of high strength, archers have superior speed while magicians wield great magical powers. Players can participate in battles to gain experience and earn AVX tokens as bonuses if they win such battles.
A total of 1 billion AVX tokens have been earmarked for sale, representing 10% of the total supply. The sale will take place on the Cardano blockchain and ADA will be used for purchasing the tokens at 1 ADA to 250 AVX. A minimum of 399 ADA worth of AVX can be purchased and a maximum of 49,999 ADA worth can be purchased.
A web3 metaverse, Apexaverse is a cardano-based project with many dapps. The project bridges the gap between Play-to-Earn (P2E) 3D games, NFTs, and Web3. its main feature is the role-playing game, but it also has other aspects such as multiple P2E and PVP games, partner-oriented launchpad, own AXV token with staking capabilities, NFTs, and 3D metaverse with diverse ways of user interaction: in-game market, bets on others’ P2P matches, user influenced world history events, etc.
When launched, it will be available as a browser extension and on iOS and Android devices. Players can compete in different worlds and realms and earn collectibles as NFTs in the process. The project has made the following progress so far:
