Dream Card 2 Pushes X World Games Into Top 3

A reloaded version of the already popular Dream Card game on BINANCE Smart Chain platform X World Games is responsible for driving more than 86% more users to the platform this week. The new version, featuring PvE mode with new heroes and NFTs, launched its open beta test on January 13th with its ‘triple awesomeness giveaway.’

As games continue to thrive, the launch of Dream Card 2.0 is causing a stir this week. Over 56,000 wallets have connected to X World Games in the last seven days as excitement for the new game, and beta testing rewards grew. In line with an increased number of users connecting to the dapp, transactions and trading volume saw a lift.

Importantly, Dream Card 2.0 is not replacing Dream Card. Both versions are available and running simultaneously, with all game assets being interoperable between the two versions. Dream Card 1.0 players could apply to be 2.0 testers and get a chance to participate in the giveaway, with applications open in the first week of December.

Triple Awesomeness Giveaway

From January 13th -19th, 2022, the first 5,000 players who log in to Dream Card 2.0, and have 100 XWG or more in their wallet address at the same time, will receive a Dream Card V2 item with standard quality armor.

Additionally, a find-to-earn mechanism will be a long-term activity to reward players who find and report bugs. The first phase will be held from January 13th-19th, 2022. Players can share XWG rewards by joining Dream Card 2.0 beta tests and submitting any bugs or improvement suggestions. Rewards are distributed according to the seriousness of bugs or the quality of proposals, determined by the XWG team.

The final challenge for beta testers is called First Blood. Players compete to be the first Chapter boss killer to win rewards. From January 13th-19th, 2022, the first player who beats the boss of each chapter (first to complete) in Dream Card 2.0, will be rewarded with XWG and special equipment. X World Games native XWG token has also had a good week, rising over 70% at the time of writing to $0.14. As mentioned, those wanting to participate for rewards in the challenges needed to have 100 XWG in their wallet when connecting. Which could have stimulated some XWG buys over the last week.

What’s new?

Dream Card 2.0 features a brand new PVE mode that differs from Dream Card’s PVP mode. Offering ten levels, Dream Card 2.0 also features 22 new Heroes, adding to the already 40 Heroes in Dream Card 1.0. The team promises players enhanced game-play and earning mechanisms by introducing new NFT assets that can provide holders with ongoing revenues generated in relation to the trading volume within the game. The latest version also generates a lottery ticket for users when leveling up, with a chance to win a share of the Prize Pool.

X World Games has also launched its DAO platform this week, allowing players and XWG token holders to participate in decision making on the platform.

New kid on the block

Despite only being around seven months old, X World Games and Dream Card have become one of the most popular gaming dapps available on BSC. The play-to-earn card game increased user activity by over 43% in the last 30 days, to more than 169,000 active wallets. Making it the third most popular game dapp on Binance Smart Chain right now.
