After a successful venture with Cat Frens, the NFT community is already onto its next Pet Frens project. This new NFT collection will include 6666 unique hand-drawn non-fungible tokens representing the essence of the community. Pet Frens NFTs also open up other opportunities like staking and revenue shares.
Following the initial press release on May 3, the NFTs are already live for minting on the BNB chain since May 8. There are 6666 tokens to be minted, and the mint price for each token comes to around $0.035. Moreover, the team has already reserved 166 of the Pet Frens NFTs for giveaways during the launch event.
Unlike the previous Cat Frens NFT collection, the new collection will have teams of animals. Team Bunny, Team Dog, Team Ape, and Team Bird. These NFTs will differ based on the components like Dress, Hat, Eye, Background, Back Item, Body, and Mouth used. Each NFT is uniquely designed with different combinations of these seven components.
Among the benefits, buyers of Pet Frens can stake their NFTs for rewards and other benefits from the creators. It includes early access to future releases from the Pet Frens, airdrops, etc. More details regarding the rewards will be announced before Q2 2022.
The collection will be listed on the popular marketplaces on the BNB Chain for trading. As per the reports, the team is currently in talks with nftkey.app, PancakeSwap, and TofuNFT to allow listing of the new Pet Frens NFT collection.
On top of everything, Cat Frens holders will receive 50% of the revenue share as pioneers of the NFT community. The revenue from the 6666 Pet Frens would be split equally among the holders. According to taylor_bsc, Co-Founder of Cat Frens, the decision was taken to keep the collection’s owners “Frens for Life.”
Cat Frens is a collection of 3333 unique NFTs made available for minting in the BNB ecosystem in March. The collection was sold off entirely within a week and had more than 250 holders. Cat Frens will be launching on the BNB Chain on August 5, along with the Pet Frens NFT collection, once the minting reaches 75%.
The NFT market has shown phenomenal growth in the last couple of years after the crypto boom. The reports confirm that the market has already posted a worldwide jump of 21,000% between 2020 and 2021. With this current momentum, the market will likely reach a trillion dollars much faster than expected. And it is hard to see when the demand for such hand-drawn NFTs may surge, pushing the price through the roof.
